Zenzelé J. Moore-Ysaguirre is currently a third-year student at the University of Southern California in the School of Cinematic Arts with an emphasis in Cinema and Media Studies. Zenzelé recently completed high school at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts where she was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Cinematic Arts. She is the 2020 Scout Film Festival Grant Winner for ages 18 and under.
As a Cinematographer, Camera PA, 1st AC, and Camera Operator, Zenzelé has worked on over 50 short films, music videos, and tv productions including HBO’s Euphoria. She recently shot a short film, En Avant, for Neutrogena Studios which has screened at Sundance, NFFTY, PAFF, etc., and has won Best Student/Youth Film at the Nevada Women’s Film Fest and Harlem International Film Festival.
Cinematography is Zenzele’s passion as she loves capturing moments in history, evoking emotion through lighting and composition, and most of all, being able to inspire others with her art.
